My boyfriend and I stayed here to attended the film festivals. On the plus-side, our room here was huge. In fact, it was more like an apartment, with multi-levels and a full-working kitchen. It was also pretty clean (altho not the cleanest place I've stayed at either). On the down-side, maid-service comes only every other day for a light turndown; our room had a ground floor deck with floor to ceiling glass doors, which made the New Yorker in me pretty nervous about easy access to intruders (altho that's probably unlikely in those parts); and the decor of steel bits and long horn skulls was a bit of a turn off. All in all, this place served it's purpose, but I don't think I'll be coming back. There's actually a beautiful hotel called the "Wyndam Peaks" in nearby Mountain Village that features a Golden Door Spa, and a great restaurant with awesome views. I would look into this hotel before the Telluride Lodge the next time I visit this beautiful city.
