“Pricey and small portions”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013

Restaurant patio is nice if a bit crowded, interior of the restaurant was also crowded and set up more like a lunchroom than a fine restaurant. The Cesear Salad for $9.50 was OK, it had some shaved parmesan, croutons were right out of a box, so nothing special and the portion so small it was not worth the price. I ordered a pasta entree, which was $18, and when I was served I was astonished at the small portion...it had to be only a cup or so of pasta. It was really good but there simply was not enough of it to fill me up. Others in my party ordered pasta also, and the sausage entree only had three small quarter sized medallions of sausage in the entire dish. They had a fish entree with three small portions of fish, and while the seabass was to die for, buttery and tasty, the other fish was nothing to write home about. The food was excellent but there simply was not enough of it, and I'm not a big eater being a 115 pound woman. Service was excellent. Our party went through three baskets of bread since the portions were so small. No pepper shakers on the tables anywhere...I usually doll up the olive oil used on the bread with a little salt and pepper but we had to ask the waiter to send the busboy over with the pepper grinder. It'd be a good place to go for a small dinner but not a good place for a group of hungry folks who have been exercising all day.

“Seats in the House”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

Great meal and the outside line is Long... call ahead about 1 month in advance and if weather permitting; have a seat outside. although, your food will get cold quicker due to night-time weather. Service is great and quick; Mario was the manager and he MADE time for a personal review as you are eating!!! what diner does that now a days??? to myself, it's a sign of respect and faith in your staff... One guy walked out on his drinking bill and the female server was Pissed... but Mario went over to her and took care of the problem within a minute or 2. Limited seating so we were asked if we wanted to sit at the bar; and if so, our order will be put up front in return. So we did... Had the dinner special and drinks came out to $160.00 with tip. Busy but people didn't bump into each other. We had the Lamb & Salmon dinners; GMO free and local organic crops. Not chincy on the mixed drinks and the bartender attentive.

“Not little Italy”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

So-so, semi- Italian food. Underwhelming atmosphere, OK service. Not our favorite place when in town. Large patio dining for the summertime.

“A special place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 26, 2013

We would have eaten here every night if we could have. The food is superb, the wine is excellent. The service is impeccable. Be sure to check out all of the specials and also, sit outside!!! Can't remember one of the waiter's names, but i must say he was excellent. Josh was superb!! Make it a must on your trip.

“Nice patio...”

Nice setting for a summer lunch. Excellent service, delicious sea bass salad, undistinguished pasta.
