We were seated shortly after arrival at 7 PM. Fast forward to 9:30 PM. We were still waiting for our entrees! Apparently they had some personnel issues in the kitchen and we, along with most other patrons, were doing our best to be understanding under the circumstances. At a certain point the situation became a dark comedy. The owner started yelling at patrons, customers were insulted, and not even so much as a complementary drink was offered to compensate for the ludicrous wait. At about 9:40 PM, the food was finally served. One of the orders was completely incorrect and another one was inedible. Yes, believe it or not, we had to send back food 2 hours and 40 minutes after we were first seated! Thankfully, we convinced our very frazzled waiter to take both items off of the bill and the two of us who were unable to eat went back to our condo and feasted on tuna sandwiches for dinner. Never again!!
