I booked a Qn/twin through Telluride central reservations. We were given a Qn room for 3 people. Front desk staff could care less. Asked to speak to the manager-never called. They gave us an airmattress that took up what little walking room there was. Next the room had a light out, a torn shade, cracks in the toilet. Finally the sheet had hairs covering it. It was past 10pm and with the could care less attitude we slept on the blanket and hoped it was cleaner. I asked to speak to the manager again at check out but they couldn't be bothered. No apology until I said I planned to post this review. As another posted the chairs are hard wood, the window so thin you hear people walk or drive past. I'll add the carpet has no padding, and the mattress was hard. Not worth over $160.

Stayed the night of 9/12/07. Bldg. 4, Room 112 was simple but totally adequate, quite comfortable, staff were polite and helpful. Telluride was very nice - loved the gondola ride cross the mountain. Another couple we were traveling with stayed in room 100, I believe, at opposite end of hall).

Only problem was, the next day, my partner had numerous large red welts on her upper body, arms, torso, neck, several days later diagnosed by dermolologist as bed bug bites. I also broke out same way a few days later, diagnosed the same. Our traveling friends in other room had no such problems. We had all been in same environment for several days with exception of room assignment, but we were only ones to get the bites.

In a very expensive town, this was a good value. The room was ok - a little like a hostel. But for under $200 a night in an expensive town, it was a good deal.

Telluride was a great place to stay and the scenery was amazing but.... we drove 6 hours to get to the hotel and we had a dog next door that was barking ALL night. I was completly exhausted and the last think I wanted to do was stay up all night. I made a phone call to security which didn't nothing about the incident. The people staying in the next room went out for the night and left the dog there barking until 3 in the morning. Almost everybody there had dogs in there rooms so it was just one loud barkfest. The rooms were not clean and the parking was too small to handle the amount of guests. Expect to park a mile away or further and to listen to barking all night if you stay here. I would not recommend it!
