The ski resort should get a new chef. The food at this "restaurant" was terrible-absolutely no effort put into the food. Nothing is made on sight at this restaurant, yet the ski area claims they are working on sustainability. I had veggie chili in a bread bowl that consisted of frozen pre-made watered down chili that consisted of 8 beans (yes I counted) 2 pieces of carrot (that's IT) and was finished in about 8 spoonfuls. Lucky the bread bowl was there, which swelled to 4 times it's normal size, so I could fill up on that. All for $11. That's over $1 a bite! I have no problem paying "Telluride" prices, but this is totally taking advantage. My kids mac and cheese (also pre-made in some factory somewhere) could have repaired holes in plaster-hard to delineate between the noodles and sauce. Avoid this place at all costs. Crepes from the crepe cart in MV are $7 and awesome.
