We stayed two nights at the Quality Inn & Suites and found the hotel to be very good. It was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in August and primarily came to Steamboat to go rafting. We found a great rafting group--Bucking Rainbow Outfitters--definitely recommend them. The breakfast buffet offered the average fair, but it was fresh. The kids loved all of the free toiletries that were offered in the lobby-- shampoo, lotion, etc. (Sorry to the staff that had to replenish the items while we were there). The pool was clean and enjoyed by the whole family. The hotel is close to the mountain and to many restaurants. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Overall it was a nice hotel for the money.
