Stayed for 3 days in the Celebrity Resorts Steamboat Springs. The amenities were about average. The real beauty of this place was the location. It is situated about half-way between the ski resort and downtown steamboat. About 50 feet to the north of the resort is one of the steamboat bus stops which made it really convenient to go ski, or shop downtown. By all means plan on using the free resort shuttle or steamboat bus service to get around town. It is clean, on time, and very convenient.
Celebrity Resorts Steamboat Springs is within 100 feet of Safeway, and another nice grocery store around the corner. There is also a sushi bar around the corner. Starbucks is within walking distance. There is a nice steak house called the Ore House located in the shopping area to the west of the resort. It was reasonable and pretty good. Be sure to get a reservation though....we found that out the hard way one night...
We were asked to do the condo buyer's presentation. They offered us a $100 dining gift certificate for our time. Unfortunately we were on a fairly tight schedule so we declined their offer.
Using the hot tubs reqired a walk outside in the cold air, and we didn't really come prepared for that, so we didn't use those facilities. The room was nice, two bedroom with everthing we needed.
