This is the only hotel I have ever cancelled out of another hotel (at my expense) in order just to stay an extra day at! It was relaxing beyond belief. $159-YES!! Stonebridge gets an A+.
If you can find better service or better accommodations for the price, bravo!
But as for me, this stay was superb.
I purchased a reservation through Destination Resorts, and stayed at the Tamaracks (units that are managed by Stonebridge Inn).
The staff at Stonebridge were outstanding, and the room was a two-story townhouse with two bedrooms, two fireplaces, two T.V.s, full kitchen with dishwasher, a washer-dryer, and everything you would want for a relaxing stay. Pool and hot tubs were nice, too. Place was well-equipped with everything.
This is the best stay for a family or romantic getaway. Snowmass is lots of fun, but pricey with groceries and shopping! Activities are reasonably priced.
You will feel like you have your own home for a few days!
Staff = congenial and courteous, every one
Accommodations = home away from home, outstanding
Area = lots of stuff to do
Only negative was the sundries, they could have been better quality-- the shampoo and soap were adequate, but if they had been a bit more elegant, we would have been in heaven.
This one is well worth the $.
