We spent the night in Silverthorne, CO, and stopped for breakfast in late July, 2006. What a find! The Mtn. Lyon Cafe was wonderful! They serve you a large breakfast for a miniscule price. It was brought to us hot off the griddle and was delicious. The atmosphere is old west decor with a very friendly wait staff. We were served by the owner herself, while her husband and co-owner worked the kitchen. We will certainly stop by again on our trips through Colorado. Just wondering if the breakfasts are this good, we can't wait to come back and try their lunch offerings!
