We stayed here one night and did arrive late due to my husband's fishing trip running late. Darren and LaDonna, the owners, were very accomodating with our late arrival and left the door open for us with a nice welcome note.
Their home is absolutely beautiful and we stayed downstairs in the Bear Room. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had a nice, big steam shower.
Breakfast was very nice and we were able to socialize with the other guests.
This is a relatively new B & B, so it did have a few flaws. The bathroom toiletries were left overs from someone's prior trip (like with Best Western, Hampton Inn on the bottles) and I thought that was a little tacky. Also, instead of just a main shared television room, they might want to consider putting a television in the individual rooms for a little added privacy.
