I'm from Louisiana and stayed around Ridgway over a month. We ate at True Grit several times and the food was always excellent, the staff very cordial with excellent service. Also, the young lady who owns True Grit, also manages the restaurant at the Divide Golf Course, and has a very good menu there also, A must to check out. The chef is from Louisiana and the guy can cook. True Grit is a must to eat at also if your in the area for short time or extended stay.
