We frequently stay at the Pueblo LaQuinta on long drives to the mountains... it is consistantly clean and reasonably priced. (Keep an eye out on the hotel site "deals" section, as there is often a great rate on it!)
The rooms are quite large and very comfortable... and the showers have great water pressure! (Always a plus!)
The breakfast is full of choices from cold to hot cereals, toast, muffins, bagels, fruit and waffles. There were some sort of omlets, although, I was not brave enough to try them as they are individually wrapped and microwave-ready. Be mindful, however, of the time breakfast service is to end... they quickly remove items precisely at that time! If you are late, you will be forced to take advantage of the nearby restaurants for breakfast! (Thankfully, Cracker Barrel is next door...)
