“Great Mexican Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2012

Living in Colorado, I am used to good Mexican food, but my favorite is the Cactus Flower. The food has always been great and the service is good. In fact, my husband and I usually go there once a week. It is the only Mexican restaurant we go to frequently. ALWAYS GOOD FOOD.
Also, seniors get a 20% discount if you dine in Monday-Friday before 5. Great bargain.

“Good selection of Pueblo style Mexican food.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2012 via mobile

Pueblo, co has some of the most unique Mexican food in the US. This restaurant is one of many in pueblo that has a great selection of food to choose from. One of my favorites is the pork and guacamole burritos. The chips and salsa are home made and
The Salsa has great flavor. They run specials all the time we recently had a combo plate with chicken taco on white, pork and avocado burrito and chicken and sour cream burrito. Plenty of food. My only complaint is the service is very inconsistent. Sometimes excellent next time sub par. The restaurant is worth a try when your in pueblo.

“Great again!”

Love this restaurant. Stayed in Colorado Springs, but made the special trip to Pueblo to eat at our favorite restaurant. Never been disappointed at this place!

“Good Food and Excellent Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2012

Since I was traveling alone, I sat at the bar for faster service. The barkeeper was very prompt and suggested the the ribeye tacos, which were very good. He also gave some tips for things to do next time I'm in Pueblo.

“Excellent cuisine”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2012

I usually shy away from Mexican restaurants but the staff at the Wingate Hotel told me that the food was great. It was within walking distance from the hotel. Nice location and once inside was impressed with the upscale feel. Nicely decorated and surprisingly quiet. The wait staff was great and attentive to needs. I really enjoyed the happy hour (4-6pm) offer of 2 for 1 frozen margaritas. These were quality drinks.
I chose the house favorite which is a cream cheese filled enchilada. This wonderfully prepared plate was only $8.99 and you would be hard pressed to finish the meal. Filled with chicken and cream cheese, the enchiladas were great. The refried beans were wonderful and appeared to be made from scratch. Food and service were so good that I went back the next night.
