My husband and I chose this place based on other reviews & were not disappointed. The front desk staff were both pleasant & welcoming, thr room was clean & comfortable, and we both slept well. The woman who checked us in even called after we settled in to make sure we were satisfied, and offered a couple extra pillows, which she promptly delivered to us. All of the above is noteworthy enough, but add to the equation that I am 6 mos. pregnant and i was comfortable and slept well. Thank you the management for a delightful stay!

I stayed in unit #125. Cleanliness was satisfactory. The door handle on the main entry door did not work well and required a lot of force to open. The bathroom sink was somewhat worn and there was one cigarette burn on the countertop. (This was a non-smoking room. There was no smoke odor.) The floor appeared to be soft plywood even though this was the ground floor - there was some creakiness of the floor panels. The water flowing in the pipes of adjacent units was somewhat loud. The air conditioning had a thermostat and was sufficiently quiet. This motel is on a major commercial strip with other motels and fast food restaurants nearby. There is a Jack-in-the-Box next door. The area seemed safe.

Overall, I was not impressed with the room but it is a budget hotel and I have no major complaints, so it will pass.

When I saw our room, I wanted to turn around and leave, but was awfraid we wouldn't be able to find another room. The room was so small that the bed hardly fit!!! It was so dirty that I wouldn't go without my shoes. The bathroom was old and the caulk was missing around the tub. There was no hairdryer, coffee pot, frig. The door didn't fit. There was an opening under it, that made me think that anything could crawl in. I guess that is why
there was a man spraying in our room right as we entered. The ice machine was so dirty, I didn't want to use the ice for anything but the cooler. We had reservations to stay here on our way back home, but cancelled them.

I have stayed at this motel for over 6 months in the past year. My mother is in a nursing home here in Pueblo after she had a stroke 2 years ago. I am grateful to have found a hotel where I feel safe, comfortable after a tiresome day, and where all the staff are so kind. The manager, Rick Patel truly cares about this place. I most enjoy the affordable rates, weekly and monthly, and also senior citizen rates. My room has a stove and refrigerator and free WiFi. This hotel is located next to numerous eating places and they have a free breakfast bar every morning. I am a female senior citizen who will be going home to HI next week, but I will be returning in September to see my mother again and will definitely be staying here.
