When I saw our room, I wanted to turn around and leave, but was awfraid we wouldn't be able to find another room. The room was so small that the bed hardly fit!!! It was so dirty that I wouldn't go without my shoes. The bathroom was old and the caulk was missing around the tub. There was no hairdryer, coffee pot, frig. The door didn't fit. There was an opening under it, that made me think that anything could crawl in. I guess that is why
there was a man spraying in our room right as we entered. The ice machine was so dirty, I didn't want to use the ice for anything but the cooler. We had reservations to stay here on our way back home, but cancelled them.

I have stayed at this motel for over 6 months in the past year. My mother is in a nursing home here in Pueblo after she had a stroke 2 years ago. I am grateful to have found a hotel where I feel safe, comfortable after a tiresome day, and where all the staff are so kind. The manager, Rick Patel truly cares about this place. I most enjoy the affordable rates, weekly and monthly, and also senior citizen rates. My room has a stove and refrigerator and free WiFi. This hotel is located next to numerous eating places and they have a free breakfast bar every morning. I am a female senior citizen who will be going home to HI next week, but I will be returning in September to see my mother again and will definitely be staying here.

On the coupon we had it said this facility had been all renovated. That is partially true. The beds were new and comfortable. The carpet looked new. The bathroom was the pits. The tile floor looked fairly new, but it was dirty. The bathroom exhaust grille had big dust balls on it and the tub was filthy. A big dead Daddy Long Legs spider was on the ceiling above the tub. The breakfast was Danish rolls or toast. The rolls were fresh and tasty. The best part of the experience was the lady at the desk. She was very nice and friendly and gave us good directions to find something to eat. No hair dryer, but shampoo was provided. There was a ironing board and iron in the room. When the renovations are completed and the present cleaning staff are fired this might not be too bad a place to sleep for a night. Roon was very small and the HVAC was very hard to adjust and blew directly on us while in bed.

Great no frills stay, staff is awesome and friendly, great location in Pueblo, the rooms are clean and the beds are easy to sleep in, I worked nights and the hotel staff did everything in their power to insure I slept well. Great extended stay rates as well!
