“Snowmobile Adventure!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2013

I recently visited Aspen Canyon Ranch with my family. We went on a two hour snowmobile tour and I wish it had been longer! Dylan, our guide, was extremely considerate and attentive. He always made sure the entire group was safe and having a good time. What a guy!

The pictures on the website do not do the place justice. You must see it in person! The ranch is cozy and the atmosphere is so welcoming. When you pull up, you see farm animals and cabins. Magical. Simply magical. I cannot wait to see what it looks like in the summer!

“This is a must do experience!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013 via mobile

We were scheduled for a 2 hour tour and definitely could have went longer!! It was an amazingly fun time with our awesome tour guide DYLAN! He was very helpful! He took us on his 2 favorite tour paths where the scenery and views were breathtaking! We will definitely be doing this again! Favorite part of our whole vacation!

“DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS RIPOFF TOUR”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013

Booked a 2hr snowmobile tour for my family xmas eve day. Arrived for our 11:15 tour 45 min early (policy requires 30 min). Did not sit on a snowmobile until almost noon because another booked group arrived at 11:15!!! Instead of letting those of us that were on time leave on time, they made us wait while the late group took their sweet time suiting up and arguing over having to pay for someone who did not cancel in advance. To add insult to injury, our guide rushed us thru the tour to get back to lodge in less than 1 1/2 hours. ALSO, if you are looking for a tour that include open meadow free time, look somewhere else! Our entire tour was spent banging thru wooded trails. You spend the entire tour making sure you do not slam in to a tree or the sled in front of you. The guide was so far ahead of us he never knew one of our sleds tipped over. We uprighted the sled and raced to catch up with our guide who was racing to get us back to the lodge for another tour I'm sure. I would share pix, but we were never given the opportunity to take pix. Not one person ever said they were sorry for the late start or for cutting our tour short. Our backs were sore for two days from banging up and down the ice packed trails. Overall terrible experience and a complete ripoff. There are plenty of other snowmobile operators in Summit County not to have to waste your money or time on these people. This was our first AND LAST time with this operator. Book with one of the other operators in Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper or Vail. Couldn't be any worse!

“Fishing Rod and Whitewater Matt enable great Snowmobile expedition”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013

Aspen Canyon Ranch was the location of an excursion into the Colorado wilderness above the 8,000 ft. elevation on beautifully maintaned snowmobiles. (Mine was brand new.) Rod drove the 45 mintues to pick us up (party of 6) in Breckenridge (and returned us to the same spot), and Matt was our guide during the 3+ hour trip into the National Park. Rod told us to blame Matt that we didn't get to see the Majestic Male Moose challenging each other in the wilderness that day..., Not because Matt has any actual control over the moose, but that each time we mention Rod and Matt, their boss has to pay. And both Rod, Matt, and the other folks at Aspen Canyon Ranch made our day excursion from Skiing in Breckenridge a great time. Highly recommend Aspen Canton Ranch, and it looks like they have a lot going on in the summer as well. I think Well go back to experience more of their hospitality. Thanks Rod, Thanks Matt - GREAT time.
