“Beautiful and Restful place to revitalize your heart, mind, soul and body!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2013

This is my very favorite hotsprings that I've ever visted. The hotel staff are amazing. I loved Noah. He is very pleasant and attentive to our needs. Shelly is also a gem, and the Springs should be honored to have such valued employees offering the best that they can give. They definitely go far and beyond to offer excellent service.

Our suite, the Pagosa Peak was exquisite with the Master Bedroom and bath overlooking the San Juan River, the hotsprings and all the beautiful mountains peaks. I love this town and always will be visting as much as possible. We loved the Pagosa Bakery, the spinach quiche is delicious.

The new addition of the pools for the 18 & older crowd were our favorite. Although all pools are very nice I still love the "Overlook" pool and the 109 degrees was just what I needed. This is for sure a town I'd love to retire at and enjoy the hotsprings in my older age. I love Pagosa.

The Springs has beautiful rooms and friendly staff. We loved the hot springs and the fact that we could soak at anytime we wished. We soaked early morning, mid-day and late at night. My wife couldn't get enough of them.

The bar in the hotel is nice and we had a fun bartender. Our only complaintWe did wish they had food options on property.

We had a couples romance massage at the spa and the manger, Rachel, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs even though we were told they were booked by the front desk. We had some of the best massages ever. We booked again for the next morning.

All in all, this is a delightful resort with top-of-the line service and we had a very relaxing stay.

This was our first time at this resort and it could not have been much better
They let you use the pool before your room is ready and after you check out

Great pools to soak in and the wide variety of pools and temps was excellant

The rooms were clean and nice and all the staff were VERY friendly and helpful

Room Tip: We were in the economy rooms that were very nice and more than adequate for the time spent in them

The Springs Resort is in a perfect location in Pagosa Springs. Lots of restaurants nearby. The place is located on the San Juan river and boasts 23 mineral pools for soaking. The temps of each pool is different so you can choose. Very nice atmosphere. There is the Eco Luxe area where the rooms are supposedly very nice. But we stayed in the motel area which was the original resort. The rate was $200 a night and for that we got two comfortable beds, a small flat screen TV, small bathroom. Not bad so far. However, there was construction two doors down and on the first morning we were wakened by the sound of jack hammers. It wasn't as bad as you might think, however, because the noise of the jackhammers were somewhat minimized by the sound of the room air conditioner which droned on all night. We fixed that by not turning it on the second night and as a result were warm but at least we could sleep. The room key cards worked when they wanted to, which is to say that sometimes we could get in the front door, sometimes one of us had to walk around to the indoor hallway and try to get in that way. Staff was all very nice, especially the front desk people. The massage in the Spa, managed by Rachel was excellent. We'd go back, but perhaps save our money until we could afford the Eco Luxe area.

Been coming to the Springs for years and never thought much of their guest services. We were upgraded this trip based on our loyalty and it certainly was appreciated. Beautiful room, beautiful facility. We will keep coming back. Thank you Tony and Shelly!

The Hotel and staff were great. I enjoyed the room even though there wasn't much counter space or table space. The two double beds were comfy for my friend and I. The spa treatments were relaxing and informative. We ventured into a few of the hot spring pools and were so relaxed, enjoyed the company of other hotel guests that we didn't realize the time spent in the pools. Next time I hope to bring my spouse.

Sad to say the room we booked and the one we were given was vastly different. We booked a suite to be shared by two couples. It was suppose to be very nice and turned out to be in the old part. The one room had a swamp cooler physically in it with the hose out the window. This left no room to get around to one side of the bed and made a lot of noise. You had to go out of this room to change your mind! The other room was a bit larger but not by much and did not have a swamp cooler in it but a window unit. The Springs it self was delightful with all different temperature pools to choose from and very relaxing. The location is great so you can walk to town for several restaurant choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Pagosa Springs is among a few true small towns remaining in America, the town is full of wonderful characters and unique experiences, from the World's Deepest Geothermal Hot Spring to the family-owned restaurants. It means a lot to the owners and management to have feedback on the areas where we can improve our accommodations and service and we'd like to address your issues, we are working with staff on additional reconfigurations for visitors ease of use. In the future, also note that our online booking engine allows for our guests to view the room type they are planning to book in advance of any payments sent to our staff, detailed photos and descriptions are also available on our website. We have further reviewed the amenities listed for these rooms to be sure the booking engine is clear. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope you consider joining us again!
