Theis friendly waitress immediately greeted us and was always there for us during our relaxed 2.5 hour dinner enjoyment. We started with a mango Gorgonzola quesadilla, followed by a goat cheese salad topped with salmon for only additional $2 the salmon fish tacos and a cherry macaroon. The quality of the food far exceeded the look of the place to find out that it is owned by the husband wife chef team that also own the Alley House Grille, Pagosa's top shelf restaurant. As foodies, this is a most enjoyable food establishment and there is also a very attractive wine bar and tapas adjoining Farrago with olive oil testing during the day. If you are a foodie, this will satisfy your palate in a very relaxed atmosphere, just don't expect a fancy venue.
