My husband planned a surprise for our 35th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, it turned into a terrible experience from the time we pulled up. There was no place to park, and when my husband (a Vietnam Vet)talked to the person in charge, she proceeded to scream at him and tell him she was not one of his airman, children, etc) and did not have time to deal with him. Then, the person she managed to have remove snow, threw snow at us. We were paying for the most expensive room ($180 a nt). It ruined our anniversary, and we paid for 2 nts and only stayed for one. The service, hospitality, was terrible, and we have stayed all over the world. It was the worst ever, and we would not recommend this place to anyone.
