Very friendly and helpful. Amazed at how clean and quiet. Loved the bench outside the door under the pine trees to sit and drink our coffee looking at the gorgeous mountain view and water falls.
Coffee, juice and muffins in the mornings. Comfortable bed, and room had everything you might need from ironing board to hairdryer. We certainly plan to return.

The box canyon lodge has the best location for visiting the ice falls or the box canyon falls. the rooms are clean and nice, the staff was friendly. The best part was the laid back atmosphere, and the hottubs. the tubs are barrels, and it's kinda confusing at first, but they are different temperatures if i recall, and at night a couple can climb in and sip a drink while in the barrels, looking up, into the nightime sky. (except for a few mosquitos) it was very nice.

What a treat hidden in the majestic mountains of Colorado! No better romntic hideout than the Box Canyon Lodge. take advantage of the wonderful hotspring soak tubs!

We booked the small king suite for three nights, and could not have been happier with our choice. The suite has a huge king bedroom with a balcony and a great view and a separate living room with eating space. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The lodge has hot springs on the property and has four soaking tubs--what a treat! Their website is very informative and is ACCURATE!
