First time to this restaurant and I'll certainly be back. Very nice setting in "downtown" Niwot, includes outdoor seating, weather permitting. The day I was there was a nice warm evening, so sat outside by the wood fired oven. Loved the smell of the handmade pizzas cooking. Two of us for dinner, both had salads. I had a Caesar, which had just the right amount of dressing. One of my biggest peeves with Caesar salad is to much dressing. This one was perfect in every way, even had anchovies on top. Yum. I had a wood fired pizza, very nice taste although it looked a little odd, like the red sauce was on top of the cheese. None the less, it was good. A couple glasses of pretty decent Chianti. The server was in training that night and could have certainly used more training, but I'm sure he'll come around. If you're looking for a non-chain eating place in the front range, this is a pretty good option.
