Manitou Springs is a great little Eclectic town and this hotel sits right on the main drag. All attractions and shopping are very nearby. The rooms are large and comfortable, but without a mini fridge or microwave which would have made a big improvement to our stay.
The breakfast is plain but plentiful and we were encouraged to take seconds.
Staff is friendly.
The parking lot entrance and exit are very steep and might pose a problem for motorcycles or bikes. There is no open ground or outdoor seating area. You are in the room or in the parking lot PERIOD. This made traveling with rowdy children a bit of a trial.
BUT, if you are looking for simple, clean, affordable, no frills accommodations, this is the spot.
