In a world of ever increasing levels of disappointment, our stay at the Loveland Comfort Inn was... average and disappointing.
Nothing really bad, mind you. Just disappointing.
What worked, you ask? Water pressure was good, plenty of hot water, competent desk clerk (but by no means friendly), better then expected breakfast, decent heating/cooling unit.
What didn't work, you say? The mini-fridge was broken down and unusable, no coffee supplied in the room (both nights of our stay... no accidental oversight, I'd say) even though there was a coffee maker right there on the bar. An additional charge for the in-room safe even though it wasn't used. The alarm clock? Didn't work either... we overslept due to it's non-function. The parking lot is all odd angles... be careful when you back out of your too-narrow stall becaude you're likely to back into another parked vehicle only a few feet behind you.
The beds were fair and the TV worked OK... after you spent much time figuring out how to operate the way too-complicated control device. We yearned for the days when you could simply push a button to turn the television "on".
In a world of ever increasing disappointments, you won't be "disappointed" by your stay at this disappointingly average hotel in Loveland.

First of all, I apologize about this delayed response to your comments. I would like to start by saying sorry to the issues you encountered in your room. Our maintenance staff and housekeeping stay should have caught and fixed those issues before you were rented the room. We pride ourselves in maintaining great condition to all of our guest’s rooms and unfortunately did not catch those issues. I assure you this is not reoccurring at the Comfort Inn - Loveland. I promise you that I have spoken to my staff to make sure this does not happen again.
