The linens, beds, toiletries, lobby, location, and staff are excellent. However, our room was plain creepy. If it hadn't been so late, I would have considered trying to find another hotel. We had the very last room on the farthest side (I-25 side) of the building. The room was about ten feet from an enclosed staircase which was full of trash, and the staircase was dark and scary. My kids were afraid because they thought a homeless person might be living in there. (I wasn't sure myself, so when we went in and out, we stayed together and walked fast.) The door didn't fit the frame right, and there was a gap of about half an inch on the side. The locks seemed to work, but they were clearly a retrofit that didn't come out right. The website touted the LED tv's, but we had an older, non-LED. It appears that most of the room had been redone with quality materials (granite sink counter, good beds, good linens, etc.), except for the carpet, which is either very old, or just gross to begin with. If I owned the hotel, I would use that room for storage and not for guests.
