“Great but you MUST drive to Bud Events Center”

I was hoping for a simple, clean place to stay in the vicinity of the Bud Events Center where we were going to see some concerts. We got that and more. In addition to being a great value and perfectly fine, the place has a nice lounge which was good after the show. The front desk staff was quite friendly. The only downside was that the only way to get to the Bud Events Center was to drive. We were hoping to be able to walk. If a better shuttle could be arranged, this place would really be ideal for events up in Loveland.

This hotel is in a particularly lame location, almost hidden behind a Conoco gas station. I drove past it because a semi truck fueling up blocked it from view. This Best Western is just a bit lamer than usual. The reasons why I choose Best Western when I travel are because of the hassle free complimentary internet and the overall value of the chain. But I had internet problems at this location. I killed 10 flies in my room after I checked in. They started mowing the lawn early in the morning... The room itself was good and comfy. Overall I paid way too much for a truck stop flyshop with no wireless internet.

It looked like a hotel from the outside on the internet. After checking in I was put on an outside room with car drive-up. They do have rooms inside the hotel. Asked to be transferred to a room that was closer to the lobby because the curb outside my room was very high and due to recent knee surgery and a brace I was having a hard time stepping down. They said they could only move me a few rooms over but that wouldn't do me any good. Also went to the front desk to see if they had any water. someone said just a minute. After standing there for 5 minutes I asked want happened to the water and asked again. they told me it should have been in my room. It was not in our room. They said they put it in the breakfast area I can get it from there. We stay in hotels twice a month. I have never had such terrible customer service They did have comfortable beds and extra pillows in the rooms. The outside was kind of dirty. The inside was nice but the manager and staff not helpful. Will not stay here again.

I have been staying at the Best Western Crossroads Inn (formerly Coach House) on and off for a few years. It has been going down hill. However, I have stayed twice in the last few months and have found the accomdations to be terrific! The price was great, the front desk were extremely helpful, and the room was so nice! They even had a pillowtop mattress like I have at home! The new lobby is fabulous and very colorful! The breakfast selection has also gotten much better. Overall, they impressed me much more than I thought they could. Good Job!

I will always stay at the Best Western in Loveland when I am traveling through.

“Under Construction - but an inexpensive place to stay”

This was the last hotel we stayed at during our cross country summer road trip. We choose the hotel mainly for the location (a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park - and an easy start the morning to go home)
The staff informed us when I called that the hotel was having major renovations and gave us a reasonable price for the room.

Overall the construction did not bother our stay. The room itself was OK - the hallways were very dirty (a simple vacumming would have made such a difference). My boys were a little creeped out - and my husband wasn't happy. The outside pool (I must have just missed the inside pool) was very nice! The morning breakfast was fine.

I think my biggest problem was making a left out of the hotel. The exit was through a gas station onto a side street and then it was necessary to pull out through several lanes of very fast traffic.
