“Not much of an attraction”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2009

This little park is filled mostly with odd sculptures. Some more modern and some traditional, but mostly just odd. Not necessarily beautiful, or meaningful, or interesting. The quality is fair to poor on most. It's a place to walk your dog if you live in Loveland, but hardly an attraction for anyone else to stop by.

“Nice Afternnon Stroll”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2008

Our Sculpture Park is a wonderful afternoon stroll in the warmer months. Both sides of the park are full...maybe a little to full of beautiful varying sculpture, bring a picnic basket and a camera!
Here's the downside- watch where you step because Loveland pet owners , by in large, will not pick up their dogs poop, the park is next to the High School so if you go during school times it's full of smoking teens with potty mouths. other than that..it's great Friday p.m. thru Sunday p.m. during the warmer months.

“August weekend getaway”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2007

Every year on a weekend in August sculpture artists bring their works to the park .Some end up staying in the park and the others are sold to the public. You get to see an assortment of beautiful pieces. Check out the web site for more info.

“An sculpture lover's dream park”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2007

If you love art, you'll love this park. It is home to the internationally famous sculpture festival held every August.
[--]

This elite show hosts artists from around the world. There are two other art shows that happen at the same time.

The park itself is peaceful and full of huge sculptures. There's also a pond; home to ducks and geese. Benson Park is worth stopping and strolling through. Or perhaps having a picnic under the shadow of soaring fish or next to a abstract bronze swirl. The park features both modern and classic scultpure.
