Wish there was an option for zero stars!! Since May 2012 when we first starting working with Front Range Winery Tours, they have been non-responsive and difficult to work with. Wish that was the worst of it! They told us August 4 was available for a wine tour and once I filled out the form for the tour and sent it back the same day, they responded 4 days later and said that date was no longer available. I scrambled to try to get 6 of us girls all available for another weekend which wasn't until the summer was over in November. May 21, I sent an email to frontrangewinetours@gmai… for November 10 with all the information they requested in the form.
On May 29, they wrote back that we were all set for the tour on November 10. Please note here that it took EIGHT DAYS for them to write back! On October 8, I sent an email asking if we were still confirmed for a limo & wine tour on 11/10? On Oct 10, they wrote back: "You are set for Nov 10th."
Then I sent them an email earlier this week to confirm the pick-up time of noon and they wrote back today, November 7th, telling me the limo is no longer available and we'll have to reschedule.
We have been confirmed since May 29 and they tell us 3 days before the tour we must reschedule. Based on the 4 complaints through BBB and all the terrible reviews for this company on TripAdvisor & Yelp... this company probably will never find a date to be able to drive me and my friends for the voucher we pre-paid for through LivingSocial in March. Between us 6 girls, we paid $405 for this service that can't commit, can't seem to respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner, is unprofessional & unreliable. I'm working now to somehow get a refund through them, BBB, or my credit card company.
Take my experience and NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
