- clean
- helpful staff
- stayed 4+ weeks in late 2007 and early 2008
- the free breakfast lacks variety
- near flat iron mall
- ink coffee is decent
- king size room with a couch is nice
- worked from the hotel a few times
- irons seem to work well
- decent value
- many hotels in complex ( quality, mariott, la quinta, etc)
- recently renovated ( not the best job in the bathrooms)
- I was comfortable road warrior
- odd vacuuming in the hall some evenings

Had a 10 day assignment nearby for work. The hotel needs some work. They just didn't quite "have it together".

1) 10 days no matching coffee lids (when you leave at 6am, this is a big deal ;-)

2) 2 days to get a lightbulb replaced

3) Average Housekeeping for 7 of 10 days

4) Old pool area - needs a facelift

5) The fridge in the room was dying, the microwave was OK

6) The staff was nice, but not willing to go the extra mile to actually FIX anything. The best person was the houseman who was always hustling and fixing and cleaning - great guy!

7) Hampton has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, the staff seemed wholly clueless about this...I RARELY complain as I travel a LOT for business, but there was not one "sorry, we'll FIX that" when any of the above were noted. They also conducted routine maintenance/painting on elevators at 5pm when people were having to schlepp their briefcases and bags up 3 flts of stairs, the front desk staff didn't bother to alert anyone and LAUGHED at the "oh well, yeah, it's being painted or something" when asked about the elevator...

This was a very nice and quiet hotel. Very clean. Employees were also very nice.
I love the cookies late in the day. The breakfast was good.

Recently spent one night at the Louisville Hampton Inn.

Selected this hotel because of it's location near Boulder, it's reasonable weekend rate ($89) and a recent positive experience at another Hampton Inn. I wasn't disappointed - the hotel is right off Highway 36, easy to access, convenient to plenty of shops and restaurants, yet quiet.

Appreciated the business center with free internet access, the complimentary breakfast with several hot and cold food items, and the warm cookies available at reception in the evening.

My room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I just love that Hamtpon Inn provides an assortment of pillows so guests can choose what suits them best. Also appreciated having a small fridge in the room.

Would definitely stay here again given the chance.

The Hampton Inn is a little south of town so if walking to Pearl Street is important to you then don't stay here. but if you are traveling on business or have a car, I give this hotel a strong recommendation. I stayed there in October 2004 and was impressed by the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, and the really over the top cheerfulness and solicitousness of the front desk staff. Would definitely stay here again.
