My daughter and son-in-law had their wedding in the garden area at the Tapestry House. The property and house are lovely. However, be prepared for the high price. All in all, the wedding went off without a flaw, but I would've like a bit more corporation from the wedding coordinator, who acted like she was a bit pushy to have things 'her' own way. One thing that was upsetting...the area in the reception pavilion is set up oddly for the 'wedding cake' table. This table is placed against the wall at the end of the really long pavilion-room. Therefore only half of the guest could see the bride and groom cut the cake. Also, there was no way for the bride and groom to stand behind the cake table to cut the wedding cake. Therefore, they stood in front of the table/wedding cake to cut it. The photos showed guest who were sitting at tables in these very special 'wedding cake' photos of the bride and groom. Not the fault of the photographer...he had not other angle to shoot them, since the Tapestry wedding coordinator REFUSED to set up the wedding cake table elsewhere. I just want folks to know...you are stuck with where they want the wedding cake table to be. Other than this main issue, the Tapestry House is wonderful to have a wedding at, since Ft. Collins is very limited for garden wedding-venues.
