I like 'meat, veggies, and spicy' so Asian food always hits the mark. Consistently good food and they always ask how spicy I want it. I've been coming here for twelve years. Almost all entrees under nine bucks. Every time I have been here, it was almost empty inside. Is this place hard to find? Do most people desire a fancy atmosphere? Maybe I just eat later than most.
We always start out with the vegetable tempura: battered and fried mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini - a great way to get someone to eat their veggies. Can't remember what my entree was called - it had catfish, jalapeños, mushrooms, and basil, served on a fish-shaped plate! My tongue wasn't on fire but for some reason I was sweating profusely. I should have ordered a glass of Thai tea. She had the yellow curry chicken which was served soup-style in a bowl with potatoes, pineapples, and more. She said it was the best curry dish she has ever had anywhere.
When I need my Thai fix, this is the place I go to more than any other. 3333 South Wads - easy address to remember - across from Red Robin.
