When we arrived we were told there was a 20 minute wait for a table for 2, not bad. So we waited and got hungrier smelling all the food, after 35 minutes we were seated, The place is noisy anyway but we were seated right by the kitchen door with only a coat rack between me and all the kitchen noise. By the way, the coat rack was full and almost on our table. Finally the food came and we began to feast away, well one of us did. My husband had order szechuan shrimp and believed that he must have gotten the wrong dish as he could not detect any spice at all.The waitress assured us that it was the right dish, he didn't eat it but we boxed it took it home
My dish was the Hunan Hot Fish and it was very good. We shared my food and we both enjoyed the spicy flavor. Usually when I visit China Restuarants I get tea so I requested some. She asked me what kind, I said the usual Chinese tea. She gave me a list of teas and i chose one. It was a tea I could have had at home by putting a tea bag in a cup. So, all in all , it wasn't terrible but nothing special either. We will try a different place next time we go for Chinese.
