Staying at a motel near I-70 and Kipling and tired of fast food and Village Inn food.. Someone suggested this little bar down the road on 37th Street-- hmm.. Kinda dark but cozy-- a heavily tattooed man brought us menus and was really nice! Told us they had homemade pickles! I was hooked! Also suggested the fish and chips- said they were known for that. Ok but the menu stunned me! They had things like Cobb Salad, seared scallop salad( fantastic by the way)and Shepard's pie!! All that plus a wide variety of sandwiches- like Ruben's(also amazing) and big fat half pound hamburgers!!! If that wasn't enough- they fresh make their potatoe chips!!! We went back a few times and got food to go and it was all great! Prices are fair and it might be a fun little bar! Don't know cuz I was always too full!!! Can't believe they put all that food out of that little tiny kitchen! Look for this place- u won't be sorry!
