The condo units themselves were very comfortable, clean and convenient to skiing. However, at this high-end we expected a certain level of service that we never received, even though we were told we would. For example, they say the condo is on a shuttle route. This is only if you call ahead and they are able to come to you, and then you may have to wait for over 30 minutes for a shuttle to show up. The walk to River Run Village is not bad, but getting to (and back from) any of the other villages can become quite a process. There is no front desk or service in the building itself. This can be very difficult when you need something, and often we were given incorrect information from a centrally located guest services that serviced the entire resort. It was a bit off-putting at these prices to get dropped off at the front door after a long day of travel and have noone to help with the luggage - we only discovered later that there are carts in the garage (we did not have a car) to help get luggage to your room. River Run village is very limited in its food offerings and there is only a very small grocery in the Village.
