“Great lunch!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2014

After spending an OBSCENE amount of money mid-way up the mountain the day before, we tried this place. Food was great and our bill for a party of 5 was about $35 cheaper.

“Great Happy Hour and Apps”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2014

My boyfriend and I came here 4 of the 5 days we were in Keystone. The happy hour was from 3-6, with $3 Bud Light drafts and $5 fireball shots. The service at the bar was always prompt, friendly and funny. The bartenders were GREAT!!! They were always good for conversation, and never left a glass empty. One night we ordered 2 beers just at the end of happy hour, and they gave us a free bottle of Bud Light to "top off" with.

One night we got the beer cheese dip and it was AMAZING. It's served in a large edible bread bowl, which is also delicious. We still talk about how amazing that dip was. I wish we'd found time to get it again before we left. Maybe next time!!!

We tried sitting at a table once when the bar was full, and that wasn't nearly as nice. The server said "one drink per person at a time" and walked off rudely. That's odd, considering 5 minutes before that I'd gotten 4 drinks at once at the bar (a beer and shot each for my boyfriend and myself--he wasn't even in the building yet). The server told us that he was leaving for the day and we were switching servers. Yet, he was still in the building for at least another hour helping customers. Some guy with a shaved head and a red beard. The new server was a brunette and seemed like helping us was the least interesting part of her day, and showed no courtesy or interest. Our drinks went dry and they walked by us multiple tiems. Wish we'd never left the bar!!!

This place would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the wait staff.

“Great apres ski bar”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2014

You pass by this place at the end of the day, walking from the gondola base to the parking area.

Stop for the nachos (the HALF portion filled a large platter) and the "pesto sticks"... really a small pizza cut into strips.

Ambience is what you'd expect for a ski bar.

“After skiing brew”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 9, 2014

We've been here before for beers after skiing - have never tried the food. We stopped in for a beer after skiing and were delighted at how many local/different beers they offer. Each was quite good but would be WAY better if served in COLD mugs/glasses. My beer got warm fast. Also, we had to go outside in early March as it was as hot as an oven inside this place. Good thing they have quite a few outdoor tables. We had a new waitress and she was great. Please get cold mugs - even in winter! They had a few margaritas that sounded amazing (blackberry margarita to name one) but we didn't make it back this trip.
