“hidden gem in Keystone”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2013

This is inside a Keystone Hotel, not many folks know about the place. We had someone on the lift tell us the food was great. So we tried it, and were not disappointed. The atompshere is very comfortable, quiet with great views of the mountains. We went aroud sunset and the view was beautiful. They have a great salad bar which comes with any dinner. I had the trout, it was my best meal so far on vacation. My husband had the pork tenderloin and it was great also. Our son had a Buffalo burger and he ate everything. We also had homemade ice cream for dinner. Ther service was attentive and we will add this to our list of favorites in Keystone.

“Excellent food, great views of Keystone”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2012

Had the rocky mountain trout and it was fantastic. Dessert was as well. Price as can be expected at a resort in a ski town, 20-45/person without drinks. Our first time there, and will return. Service was not excellent, a little slow, but good, not bad. Excellent hot coco.

“Quiet”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2012

Although we were the only guests in the dining area at the time for dinner and I don't know why, as the food was great. The chef even came out to check on us, very impressive. Staff was very good. We had steaks that melted in your mouth! Highly recommend

“Labor Day Weekend wedding celebration 2012”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 2, 2012

This was the most disappointing $3,000 rehearsal dinner I've ever attended! Appetizers masquerading as a dinner, poor supervision, VERY unhappy with a meal that worked out to $66/guest. 35 people at at Kickapoo the night before, sit down dinner w/servers, drinks and pop, and it came in at just under $1,000 (w/gratuity figured in). Outrageous rip-off. Hold your rehearsal dinner somewhere besides Black Bear, or let your guests order off the menu... you will do much, much better. I will be writing a letter when I get home!!!
