Went there on New Years Day. The place was very busy and crowded. The waiter messed up our orders and forgot a few things, but I don't blame him as he had a huge section. But my wife asked for water several time and finally had to ask someone else to bring her a water. The food was good and had a great selection, but not everything was available. My brother in law order the meatloaf, but they were out of that. Then he ordered another dish and they were out of that item. After asking about two other dishes, he finally found one that they had in stock. The other issue is the location of the bathroom. We sat in the far back corner and trying to get there was a daunting task in itself. When you did get to the area of the bathrooms, you realize it is located downstairs. For those of you who have been skiing realize it is tough enough to walk in ski boots, let alone walk down or up stairs in ski boots. The food was fine, nothing special. Prices were a little on the high side in my opinion ($16 for a burger)
