“Great Burgers and Fries”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 7, 2013

My wife and visit this place about every 6 weeks. When we feel like a relaxing time, cold beer and a good burger this is the place we choose.

“Great food and friendly staff.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2013

Just had lunch here and really was impressed. We tried the Santa Fe Burger and enjoyed the Hefeweisen beer. The burger was really nice... tasty chipotle, pico de gallo, roasted green chile and cheese on a pretzel bun - all topped with a spicy fire-roasted jalapeno pepper. The brew was tasty and refreshing - a typical brew-pub wheat beer with a hint of tropical fruit flavor. Staff was super-friendly from the greeting to the server. We arrived early for lunch and had the place to ourselves, but it started filling up fast and we never felt rushed to finish up. Nice diverse menu - hope to have a chance to try some of the other items on another trip.

“Excellent from start to finish!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 17, 2013

From the extremely professional greeting/seating to the very prompt and attentive service throughout the entire experience, this restaurant garners our top accolades. In addition to the very open, pleasant and inviting interior, this restaurant offers three dining options; bar, sports, and “regular” dining. Regardless your option, the food is perfectly prepared. Highly creative combinations on the regular menu and special burger menu as well. Options ranging from steak, burgers, salads, fish, even jambalaya. A most especially welcomed find was the Monte Cristo. Once a popular sandwich on restaurant menus across the nation, the Monte Cristo has become a hard-to-find recluse in Americana cuisine. It was excellently prepared and very thoroughly consumed!

While the Monte Cristo was excellent, the turkey burger was fabulous as well. Served with avocado, radish sprouts and a bullet of decadent blue cheese on the side. Several options with regard to fries, and we only tried the sweet potato variety. I will only say that no sweet potato was left behind!

The beer selection was VERY impressive. A micro-brewery, CB & Potts beers are evidently popular amongst the locals. The winner of numerous awards, their beers feature names such as Big Horn Blonde and Toast the Goat. From my perspective, the Disorder Porter was perhaps the best beer that I have tried in quite a while.

Professional well trained staff, front and back of the house is obvious. That, in addition to the creatively prepared menu items make this a “don’t miss” in Highland’s Ranch. We would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to our own mothers!
