“Great Breakfast, Very Busy on the weekends”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 22, 2014

Not knowing what to expect, I went to the new location on a Saturday morning. The place was jam packed! We were warmly greeted but were told there would be a 45+ min wait for two people. Instead we did take out. You can do take out for any menu item. The pastries were amazing! We also ordered the "breakfast in Bread" or omelet sandwich. It was also amazing, easily split between two people. We were told in order to walk in and get a seat you need to be there at 6am on Saturday and 7am on Sunday. The food was great but it is a little expensive.

“New location, same great authentic French cuisine!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2014

Having been a devotee of their cramped location on University, we were thrilled to have this wonderful French restaurant move closer to us. Don't let the name fool you, they are so much more than a bakery. We rushed in as soon as they moved into their new location, and it is still as good, with much more room. The decor leaves a bit to be desired, but hopefully they will incorporate more of the Provençal theme when they finally got settled. Also, don't try to go into what seems to be the front door (it is the end unit of a strip shopping center), but go around to the side for the "front door". This was quite confusing, and they should curtain over the apparent front door to avoid people peering into the windows wondering how to get in.
Truly, almost anything you order is fantastic. We are looking forward to their promised dinners now that they are in their new location. It is absolutely the only authentic French restaurant in the Highlands Ranch area, and worth the trip if you are farther away!

“Great Bakery & Cafe”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 16, 2013

Just had breakfast at the new location of Pierre-Michel Organic French Bakery. The new location is larger and nicely done. The menu is also expanded. The food and service is great as usual. You can't beat Pierre-Michel for a great breakfast or lunch. Soon, dinner will be served on certain evenings. The new location will have outdoor seating available in good weather. Family owned and operated, Pierre-Michel is the real deal. Just like having a meal in France.

“Fantastic French Bakery”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2013

This isn't a step into France - it's for better than that. Incredibly delicate croissants and pastries, a fantastically helpful and friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast sandwiches. If you're in the area make sure you stop in and grab a bite - absolutely top notch.

“A reminder of good French food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2013

I like to stop by here for a quick snack or breakfast and this is remind of how good food in France, compared to come French bakeries (not may in the first place) in Denver metro, this is tres bien! It's a bit crowded but they are moving to a new and bigger place in the same area. Coffee is Sumatra and its a very good coffee.
