I had the "Presidential Suite" for two days before my wedding (as my bridal suite), and my sisters and mom had two regular rooms of their own (one non-smoking and one smoking). I didn't hear any complaints from them about their rooms--just regular hotel rooms, I expect.
My suite was awesome. Very spacious with a big, comfy bed....the TV kind of sucked--it was fuzzy--but I don't rent a hotel room so I can watch TV all day so I didn't care much. The bathroom itself was small with the sink outside of it, but it was good that way because it had huge mirrors and a long counter where I could do my makeup. I wished they would've had a full-length mirror in the room though, which would've been very helpful.
Overall, a good experience. We got a good deal for the price of it as well, which was very appreciated.
My now-husband and I had our wedding reception there as well. They were very help to us with that, and everything went well. The only complaint I would have is that they didn't have much in the way of options for food. We opted for a buffet, and my wedding was in the morning with the reception beginning around 12:30 or 1, and we ended up just doing deli sandwiches. Other than that they only had options for things like pizza, burgers, chicken-fried steak, philly cheese steaks, bbq buffet, soup & salad bar.....and it all seemed a lot more expensive than it was worth for buffet or plated meals or for drinks. Ah well......I guess that place likes to make a handsome profit off of events hosted there rather than just a regular sized profit.
