I checked in about mid-evening and unfortunately problems did not become evident until hours later. The toilet was partially clogged (not my fault) and the air conditioner started making loud noises. Most unfortunate when the daytime highs were in the 90s. I also do not like the overstuffed pillows that this and another Best Western offered. All in all, I did not sleep well. As usual in hotels today, nobody asked me how my stay was in the morning. But at least I remembered to leave a note and I hope the problems will be addressed. You'd think the staff would at least have noticed the toilet problem before I checked in. (Well, things got worse, so I'm sure they at least noticed after I left.) On the plus side, the room was very attractive and the continental breakfast was pretty decent.

We had a large room which was very clean. A refrigerator was a welcome addition. Noise from other guests walking around on the floor above or using showers seemed quite intrusive but was only a problem early in the evening. A complimentary breakfast was available in the lobby but there was a limited choice and only a small amount of seating so we decided to go to Denny's just next door. This proved to be an extremely popular choice and we were glad we opted for an early breakfast as when we left the queue was out of the door. We would stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here for three nights in October 2004. My room was large, with a sofa, and spotlessly clean. The outdoor pool was great, if a little warm. Decent continental breakfast and helpful staff - and for $50 a night, which is tremendous value.
