I arrived late and left early, so I didn't use any of the hotel facilities, but thought this was an excellent choice for a stopover in Grand Junction. The hotel is nearly new and exceptionally clean. I was checked in by an extremely helpful and professional desk clerk and given a nice room in a quiet location so I could get a solid night's sleep. The room was large with a separate living room and kitchen area, and I certainly wasn't expecting granite in the shower and vanity top at this price point. It was convenient to have a breakfast and coffee setup off the lobby when I was heading out, and access to I-70 was easy. I'd definitely stay here again if I happen to do another overnight in Grand Junction.

The BEST hotel in all of GJ. It was very big and open to move around in. I stayed in a studio suite. and would stay there again. The breakfast was wonderful and I would recommend this to a family all the way!

I would have given it a 5 star rating but the the only down falls were that upon flushing my toilet it would not flush. Then I had to call down for a plunger. They sent one up and sent in for a maintance call. The other problem was that maintenaince came at a very early hour to fix it and really disturbed my morning some. With a little better planning on managements part, I am sure that maintenaince will get the idea not to come to peoples rooms before 8AM.

We got the last room at this Residence Inn, so it had a handicapped bathroom. This means that the shower was hand-held only and the whole bathroom floor got wet. The room was large, but had a view of the back of the main building. The "Do not disturb" signs were kitchen magnets and didn't stick to the door very well. There was a pretty good selection for breakfast.

I'm not a fan of the Mariott Residence Inn in general: the rooms are nice and large but the extra kitchen area is overpriced. And because there is a kitchen area there was no room service.

We stayed 1 night at the Residence Inn. The staff was very friendly, and the room was nice. The breakfast in the morning was good, it is a typical continental buffet breakfast. The room was very clean, and comfortable. Our stay was quick, but it was very nice. Our only complaint was the large air conditioning units on the roof outside our room, they were quite noisy all night.
