I work just down the street from Pablo's Pizza, and I haven't had a bad experience. It is located in downtown Grand Junction, which is beautiful and full of history. The pizzas are creative, they display art from local artists, and the staff is generally wonderful. Great vegetarian options. It is a cozy (tiny) establishment, and it can get really busy on the weekends.
If you like pizza thats been sitting around for a while, then reheated when you get there, then this is the place for you!
Really great place to eat. I loved it so much that I had my rehearsal
dinner there! Try the lillehammer, it's awesome.
We had a large group so we tried four different pizzas. All of them were great, but the Rajun Cajun is still one that I think about and crave. Too bad we don't have a Pablo's here.
BTW-we ate in Fruita and the Okey's treated us like royalty. He can tell you exactly what wine goes with what.
