Been there a few times over the years. Nothing exciting, but good enough food. Mostly average Tex Mex fare, food designed for dumb Gringos that don't know what real Mexican food is supposed to taste like. Nothing authentic at all, but still, decent food. The lunch specials are fairly priced, and you can fill up pretty good with a few chips on the side. Nothing sucks about the place.
The complimentary chips are usually fresh and good, and the salsa is a bit watery, but also fairly decent.
The staff are usually very friendly, although they need to cut out calling you "Amigo" every time they say something to you. That's way fake and cheesy.
