Exactly what you'd expect from a Marriott but there were 3 gotchas at this property worth mentioning that you won't find at other Marriotts that is why I rate it as Poor.
1) Room Service isn't available between 12-5pm. So, no lunch for room service. Just breakfast and dinner.
2) I had my Do Not Disturb in the card slot in my door and had several personal items and technology things laying around my room. When I returned, the DND had been removed, the room had been cleaned, and the DND had been hung on the inside of the door. Basically, they just ignored it completely. BIG BAD MISTAKE - Not what you'd expect from any hotel.
3) Concierge Level... The Concierge level, for those of you who like me, stay too many nights in hotels, and have the gold elite or whatever level gives you access to the concierge level, should be noted is only on the 6th floor. The hotel is fairly small so if you get a room on the 5th floor and you did this to have that exclusivity and to have a place to hang out with colleagues and guests, it should be noted that you have access to that floor but it's the 6th floor. So, request 6th floor in advance or be prepared to go up a floor and find that room.
4) Nit picky... I know I said 3 gotchas. But number 4 is that I arrived in the middle of a thunderstorm and it was raining, pouring, cats and dogs and more, and the hotel does not have umbrellas for guests and they have outdoor self parking... So, bring your own umbrella or prepare to be soaked.
