This was the only place that served a late night weekday dinner (around 11:00 p.m.) option as our flight was delayed in Denver. The waitress said that the only available option was the pizza as the “other” kitchen was closed for the evening. Coming from Chicago, this was probably the worst thing that you could do to a pizza. It appeared as if the pizzas were premade and then the chef simply tossed the ordered ingredients on top and warmed it in the oven for 5 minutes.( For example, green peppers were sliced in large pieces and thrown on top of the cheese.) Seriously, we have had better pizza at Chuckie Cheese. They did supply some local honey which locals put on the pizza crust for a touch of sweetness which was an interesting local twist. We were happy to have somewhere to eat so late, but would have to pass given the option.
