We've stayed a couple of places in Glenwood before we discovered Quality Inn & Suites. Won't stay anywhere else now! Great service... wonderful breakfast... beautiful rooms. What more can you ask for??? AND high speed internet is down in the lobby for use too... it's great! Quiet location, but yet handy to get anywhere. Check it out... you won't be disastified!!!! I give it 3 thumbs up!

There are so many great things about this hotel and this place gets right what so many others get wrong.
Continental Breakfast is outstanding. Delicious muffins and bagels. Waffles and juice are provided too.
Front Desk staff was very professional and friendly. We came in late one day for breakfast, and they gave us muffins without any hassle or reticence.
The pool and hot tub are very clean and well maintained.
The room was absolutely fantastic. VERY big. Large bathroom, eating area, kitchenette. You feel very much at home. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a river view. It was so peaceful and relaxing.
Also, this hotel is pet-friendly. Great if you are traveling with a dog.
My only minor complaint is that truck/trailer parking is limited to about 2 spaces. We were towing a trailer, and parking was a bit of challenge. This is minor and did not detract from our overall impressions of the hotel.
Glenwood Springs has other nice hotel chains represented (Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, etc), but I know when I stay in Glenwood Springs again, I will look to the Quality Inn first and all others second.
We had a wonderful stay in Glenwood Springs in large part to the comfort and accommodations of the Quality Inn.

If you're looking for a chain hotel w/ clean, big rooms and friendly staff, Quality Inn in Glenwood Springs is a great choice. We went up for four days w/ our teenagers. Requested a room w/ 2 queens and pullout sleeper. Excellent way to sleep two growing kids without them fighting all night. BIG rooms, clean bathroom, nice breakfast - the usual continental fare &/ waffles! Kids loved it! Pool is small, but back deck on river very nice, even in the fall. Next time will get 2nd floor room, as we were there in hunting season and it was noisy very early with people walking above us. Quality Inn is actually in West Glenwood which is only two miles from town. Went to the Fairy Caves, which my husband said is one of the best caves he's ever visited; also ate at Tequila's, excellent little Mex place; both are right in town.
Will return to the Quality Inn, for sure.

We stayed at this hotel enroute to another location. We were at the point where we wanted to settle in for the night and stopped at this hotel without a reservation. Little did we know that it was right on the river. There is a deck out back that you can eat breakfast on, and enjoy the view. Right next door is a rafting place with picnic tables. There is a "riverwalk" that takes you to Dairy Queen for dinner and ice-cream. Conveniently close to the highway, we were pleasantly surprised that we "stumbled" across this hotel.
