We booked three nights at this hotel that is supposedly being renovated. We were booked into one of the renovated rooms, which inlcuded a new vanity sink and some cheap wallpaper......that was apparently the extent of the renovation. The rest of the room was in complete disrepair and has not been updated in what has to be at least 20-30 years. The room and the rest of the hotel was very dirty. My son's finger stuck to something on the elevator button, there were mystery items on the walls in the room, dirty carpeting, the list goes on. The last straw for us was a large yellow stain in one of the beds. We had been there for all of an hour and booked another hotel across the street. On a good note, the staff was very accomodating when I told them I was leaving and immediatly credited my account......almost like they weren't surprised.

Room Tip: Go across the street to the Best Western

Upside was that rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean. Downside is a big one. They are renovating and like another person mentioned, not doing a very good job of it. We were in one of the renovated rooms and actually thought it was an old one as the decor is very dated and everything is 1970s rust color. The work that has been done is sloppy and looks unfinished. DO NOT get a room near the elevator being worked on. VERY LOUD noise during the day although quiet at night. To add insult to injury we also had a leaky pipe in the ceiling while we were there. The staff was very nice and responsive with what they had to work with. The location was great but they should not be renting some of these rooms during their renovation and really need to look at the quality of the work being done.

Room Tip: If you choose to stay here, request a room as far away as possible from the elevator that is not wor...

They are remodeling and one elevator was down which makes it really hard to get an elevator to get to the top floor. We usually waited at least 10 minutes for one each time.
This place really needs to be updated and not updated cheaply like they are doing. The new wallpaper is already peeling off the walls!

We recently booked two nights at this facility over Memorial Day weekend for a soccer tournament. Setting aside the "normal" challenges local hotels face during this soccer/vacation weekend, this hotel fell flat on its face.

The hotel has NOT been remodeled as was advertised. In fact, it is currently being remodeled. Worse, the rooms where remodeling has been completed are negligibly better than those that haven't been. Remodeled for rooms we visited where friends lodged included only a new bathroom sink. There were no other noticeable improvements.

Rooms suffer from broken doors, cracks in the ceiling and walls, uncontrollable HVAC, toilet bowls left unattached to the floor, and water leaks.

This facility has been in disrepair for many years and it's not getting any better soon.

Finally, good luck with the Wi-Fi. The router limits the number of concurrent sessions and we rarely logged in successfully.
