“A Pleasant Surprise”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 31, 2014

We had a craving for a good pizza and thought this place might work and we were very pleased. The pizza was good, but that was to be expected. What pleased us the most was the outstanding antipasto plate and the very reasonably priced wine. The place is nothing fancy, but a nice atmosphere that can't be beat for the price. We definitely will stop in again on our next trip to Glenwood Springs.

“A local that won't go back”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 10, 2014

Slow service. Veal that was as chewy and dry as Mom's overcooked Sunday pot roast. WIne moderately priced, which was good because it helped me choke the meal down.

“Not exceptional”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2014 via mobile

I'm a local and went last night for the first time. They've done a nice job remodeling and it has a nice atmosphere. The service was rather slow and inconsistent. The food was okay - not great. I will give it another shot.

“Delicious!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2014

We ate here on New Year's Day, and it was amazing! It was full as many of the other restaurants in town were closed, so we ate at the bar. It did not diminish the experience. We both got pizzas and they were absolutely delicious! The service was good even though they were very full.

“La pizza Napolitana is to the Best”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 19, 2013

I have visited Trattoria Dionisia many of times and I am always amazed with their consistency of quality. Fresh fast and friendly service. The napolitana pizza is my favorite but I was told by my friend Felix to try the Steak-Benedicts for brunch and OMG! Another great thing about them is their prices, they are GREAT!

Hands down the best Italian place in the Roaring Fork Valley (Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale & Glenwood Springs)
