This cute motel was clean and well-appointed. The location is great-a five minute walk downtown or to the Hot Springs Pool. The amenities are basic-this is an old property with dated but comfortable furnishings. They have a coin laundry. A good feature was the handy parking access right in front of each room. Since we travel with a Border Collie who needs her daily walk, we were pleased to find the motel backed up to a safe-seeming old residential neighborhood with sidewalks and interesting Victorian homes and gardens. Best of all was the extremely reasonable rate, compared to all the high priced chain motels in the area.
