“Reheated Buffalo”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2014 via mobile

I reviewed this place while being in the Hot Springs and what a let down. The menu sounded great but our burgers were reheated. I had the chilli cheese buffalo burger it had too much cheese sauce which tasted like powder and the red chilli well just sucked. If you want a good burger don't come here.

Hi Mandi -

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your burger. I can promise you it was not reheated, as we cook everything to order, and our cheese sauce is made in house with real cheese and milk. Our chili is definitely non traditional, but it has a lot of fans.

We do a pretty good job of taking care of our customers when they let us know they are unhappy with something while they are here - and we would have gladly gotten something else for you had you let us know.

I hope you try again and get something different! Sorry you didn't enjoy that one - it's not for everyone.

“Bring the kids”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2014

We live locally and this is our favorite place for a kids lunch. The food is good and fast and we can let the kids roam and play with the arcade machines that are beside one of the big tables.

“Geeks Who Drink for New Years Eve!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2014

We had a great time playing Trivia on New Years Eve and leading most of the tournament. Fun and a bit risque, definitely PG to R rated, but it was alot of fun nonetheless.

“Best Burgers and hip fun atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2014

Great burgers that are ground on site. Awesome unique options like the Lamb Curry burger.
Milkshakes are delicious and the beer is local. Fun place for friends.

“Excellent Burger!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2013

Took the family there because my husband knows I like a good burger. I was not disappointed!
The place was crowded but comfortable - we shared bar type seating with some young locals - this type of seating can be awkward but these young folks were friendly and welcoming.
I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.
My son gives their shakes two thumbs up!
